This stroller had been performing well for us. We have a 3 year old and a one year old. Both were able to fit in the stroller relatively comfortably and we were still able to steer. Unfortunately, there are two issues that I have with this stroller. First, the rear cup holders are annoying. Instead of being integrated into the handle, they just clip on and off. They get in the way and are easy to lose when they’re not attached. The second, and by far the worst issue, is the front tray, which my one year old easily broke. The way it normally operates is when you are folding up the stroller you squeeze two sets of buttons together so tray will fold flat. The buttons are only attached on one side by a small plastic tab. If too much downward pressure is applied to the tray, the buttons pop out (as opposed to in) and the tray drops down while the child is in the seat. When this occurs, the plastic tab that holds the buttons in place is stressed and will no longer maintain the proper position. Once this occurs, there is no way to fix it since the button assembly is riveted on to the frame. We have talked to Evenflo multiple times and they have refused to replace the stroller or provide some sort reimbursement. We have requested that they register a formal complaint and issue a safety warning on the engineering defect.
